Just wanted to say thanks to you and to Brett for an excellent class. There were many things I learned that I either did not know coming into the class or that were correct and what I had previously learned was just flat wrong. Your schools’ approach of “submersion training” is refreshing compared to the other “certificate mills”. When I first looked into dispatching I figured with a background in aviation it would be relatively easy, but your course was most definitely a challenge.
