To be clear: passing the standardized ADX test is NOT a prerequisite to enter the Sheffield 5-week Aircraft Dispatcher course. The link above is simply a discount for those who pass the ADX Knowledge exam before the class begins.

Q: If I do pass the ADX exam before the class, even though I’m paying now, will it still be applicable?
A: Yes. If you paid in full early, yet pass the ADX exam before the first day of the 5-week class, then we will rebate/refund $500 to you.

Q: Would I have to fly in to take that test and would I be able to take it there at Sheffield?
A: Since our testing availability is variable, the coupon applies if the test is taken outside of Sheffield’s facility.
 
Q: How would I even be able to apply to take the ADX exam?
A: To locate an FAA Knowledge testing center to take the ADX test, please visit https://faa.psiexams.com/faa/login and click “Find a Testing Center.” You would eventually register with the testing center. The cost is currently $175.
