Dear Ron and Eric, 

Graduated in 1999 and haven’t written in a while, but I just wanted to give you an update on how well Sheffield has helped me along.

After graduation I went to work as a dispatcher for Big Sky airlines for around six months, and then was made Manager of Dispatch. Six months later I was offered a position at Continental Express and accepted it. Six months after accepting the position at Continental Express, I was promoted to Hub Controller. After serving as a Hub Controller for approximately two years I am today starting my new position as a Lead Dispatcher at the biggest and the best “so called” Regional Airline. We have over 1100 departures daily and fly segments over 3 hrs. in length with our all-jet fleet of over 230 aircraft.

I can honestly say that Sheffield played a major part in my confidence and competence level that allowed me to move forward in this very competitive profession.
