What Separates Sheffield School of Aeronautics from Other Aircraft Dispatching Schools?
Aircraft dispatchers come from all over the world with varying levels of aviation knowledge to study at Sheffield School of Aeronautics. However, what makes Sheffield different from the other aircraft dispatcher schools?
Money Cannot Buy Reputation
Sheffield School of Aeronautics has something that money simply cannot buy, and that’s reputation. Sheffield opened its doors in 1948, only a few short years after aircraft dispatching was first established. This makes our school the oldest aircraft dispatcher school in the world.
From the start, we’ve been one of the only aircraft dispatch schools that has thrived for years to come. We owe it to the dedication we have to the aircraft dispatching profession. Aircraft dispatcher training is what we do!
Sheffield is part of the Ivy League of aircraft dispatcher schools. Our graduates enjoy the benefits of that reputation when they look for their first aircraft dispatcher job after graduating.
We Set the Education Standard
The instructors at Sheffield are some of the most experienced and highly trained members of the aircraft dispatcher community.
Many aviation schools that have come and gone are guilty of passing students without providing real world training and preparing graduates to succeed in the airline industry. Our aircraft dispatcher training takes a hands-on approach, and our instructors are here to help students from A to Z.
We want all of our applicants to pass the ADX test, as well as all obstacles that come along with airline dispatcher training. We will do everything we can to prepare graduates for the aviation industry upon graduation!
What You Know and Who You Know
Because of the involvement Sheffield has in the aviation industry, we’ve developed relationships with major airlines including Delta, United, American, Southwest, and dozens of international airlines.
Upon graduating from our aircraft dispatcher program, students are given access to the aircraft dispatcher job posting board on the Sheffield School of Aeronautics website any time they wish. Recruiters from top airlines advertise open positions to Sheffield graduates once they become available.
Many airlines use Sheffield as the sole aircraft dispatcher school to recruit new applicants. We have trained aircraft dispatchers for Delta Airlines, Shanghai Airlines, South African Airways, the Federal Aviation Administration, all branches of the U.S. Military, and many more.
Our team actively helps you find an aircraft dispatcher job after you graduate.
Commitment to Students
We hope to remain a big part of the aircraft dispatcher and aviation community for years to come. The student testimonials we receive are an indication of our commitment to our students.
Every month, more Sheffield students graduate from their courses and occupy aircraft dispatcher jobs around the world, as our family continues to grow.
