Sharing Operations

As an aircraft dispatcher, you share the operations control with the pilot. You will need to be able to handle stress if a problem arises, as well as make great decisions when talking to the pilot while they’re flying.

Working with Others

You and the captain must agree on things. Working well others is a big part of the job in the aviation field. You can expect to use your communication skills every day.
