Sheffield Supports the Aircraft Dispatching Federation
Sheffield School of Aeronautics has been laying the foundation for career seekers for over 65 years. With a reputation that surpasses all expectations, including the FAA-Standards, Sheffield is the industry leader in aircraft dispatching programs.
As the world’s leading aircraft dispatching school, it is no surprise that Sheffield supports the Aircraft Dispatching Federation. The Aircraft Dispatching Federation (ADF) is the nation’s only organization that represents the interests of aircraft dispatchers. The ADF includes members from over 100 aerospace companies, including every major U.S. commercial airline.
In 2009, there were over 1,500 ADF members comprised of licensed aircraft dispatchers and/or aviation control professionals.
Sheffield graduates work for almost every major domestic and foreign air carrier in the world; including: Delta, United, ExpressJet, UPS, Ford Motor Company, Mobil Oil, and Shanghai/China Eastern. Several graduates and Sheffield professors are ADF members.
