Top 3 Aircraft Dispatcher Books

Aircraft dispatcher books aren’t just the plain old boring text you might expect at first. Sure there are the nonfiction textbooks that anyone student at aircraft dispatch school has to study from. There are also more than a few that highlight the intrigue and thrill of a life dedicated to aircraft travel. Margin for Error: None (Brian Power-Waters) – A retired pilot pays tribute the behind the scenes jobs related to the airline industry. Although the book focuses on air traffic controllers there is still a lot of important and valuable information pertaining to the industry that you will be an integral part of! 

93 Seconds to Disaster (Brian Power-Waters) – Another one from the retired pilot. This book focuses on an air disaster that took place on November 12th 2001. The disaster is not well known particularly because it took place only 2 months after the 9/11 tragedies. It is a fantastic way to see how much goes into a single flight. A great insight into the world of airlines and a great aircraft dispatcher book.
