The Residence Inn is located less than 5 minutes away from Sheffield School of Aeronautics. Students are instructed to call or e-mail the hotel directly and identify themselves as a student of the school.

Individuals may request their own reservation by calling the reservation department at 1-800-331-3131; however, to receive the Sheffield discounted rate, please click the link below. Check-in time begins at 3:00 p.m. and checkout is 12:00 noon. By clicking the link below, you will be directed to the property’s home page with the negotiated rate code already entered in the appropriate field and can quickly make your room reservation.

Payment:

A guarantee method of payment is required at the time of the reservation request.

Cancellation Policy:

Individual cancellations will be accepted until 4 PM (EST) on the day of arrival. Any individual cancellation received after 4 PM (EST) on the day of arrival will result in a “No Show” charge of one night’s room and tax.

No Show Policy: “No shows” will be handled in the same manner as individual cancellation. All “No Show” reservations will be charged for the first night’s room and tax.
