Reservation:
Individuals may request their own reservation by calling the reservation department at 1-800-331-3131. Individuals may also submit their reservation request via e-mail at Brandon.frederick@whitelodging.com. Please be sure to identify Company name to ensure the special negotiated rate is received when making the reservations. Reservation requests will be confirmed within 24 hours or less. Check-in time begins at 3:00 p.m. and checkout is 12:00 noon.

Payment:
A guarantee method of payment is required at the time of the reservation request.

Cancellation Policy:
Individual cancellations will be accepted until 4 PM (EST) on the day of arrival. Any individual cancellation received after 4 PM (EST) on the day of arrival will result in a "No Show" charge of one night's room and tax.

No Show Policy:
"No shows" will be handled in the same manner as individual cancellation. All "No Show" reservations will be charged for the first night’s room and tax.
