FAA Airman Branch (toll-free) number: 1-866-878-2498
It takes 1-2 months to receive your permanent Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate from the FAA Airman Branch, sometimes 3-4 months for international addresses. Please be patient. Read below:

Q: I am concerned about the arrival of my permanent FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate. What should I do?

A: The new policy is for the applicant (you) to contact them directly. If they ask you for a certificate number, there is none until it's been processed; therefore, it is "pending." Have your issuance date ready (practical exam date from your temporary certifcate) in case they want to verify it. They should provide you with a "mailed" date. If it appears that your permanent certificate was lost in the mailing, then you may need to request a “re-issuance due to non-receipt.” You can do this by phone (same phone call) or written request. If they never received your paperwork, either the FAA Airman Branch lost it, the USPS lost it, or it was mishandled by the local FAA since I receive a receipt for all paperwork I mail to the FAA. In this case, the paperwork may need to be "reconstructed", which I can easily do - email me in that case.

For certificate issues, you need to contact them at:
FAA Airman Certification Branch- 405-954-3205 or 954-954-3261, 866-878-2498 (toll-free from within the U.S.)
www.registry.faa.gov

Q: I am concerned about my Temporary FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate expiring very soon and I work at a FAR Part 121 Airline. What should I do?

A: If anyone encounters problems with expiring temporary certificates at a FAR Part 121 operation, then you must bring your original FAA (temporary) Airman Certificate to your local FSDO and ask for an EMERGENCY FIELD ISSUANCE - (probably a 30-day extension).
