WEB SITE ACCESS If you would like an individual user ID and password to access certain restricted areas of the www.sheffield.com web site, please complete this form, then submit it to us. Any combination of letters (lowercase) and numbers is permitted - at least ONE NUMBER REQUIRED. Please use no less than 6 characters and DO NOT include SPACES. Please remember what you are requesting. With over 1000+ IDs and passwords currently issued, we do not have the time to keep reissuing IDs and passwords on short notice. Common problems accessing the site are: �Ģ forgetting user id and password �Ģ reversing user id and password �Ģ using incorrect case letters �Ģ inserting spaces, etc.. If you suspect a server problem, try logging on at a later time. If you still have problems, let us know. If you forget your ID and password or would like to change them, please let us know. We will take care of your request as soon as possible. DO NOT hand out your User ID/Password to anyone or allow anyone to view ANY Sheffield password-protected page, whether left on a monitor or by printing the page(s) - you're only feeding your potential future competition. Any person caught compromising this page's security or allowing the viewing of this page will be stripped of any job assistance from Sheffield School indefinitely. Whether you're already employed or not, by giving out your password to non-Sheffield graduates, you are harming not only yourself, but other Sheffield graduates. Any person who was a discipline problem in class or compromises the integrity of the school during class or following graduation will not be granted access. I understand that if I cannot complete this form correctly and completely and require extra assistance and/or cannot comprehend the concept of upper-case vs. lower-case, or cannot remember my ID/PW that I will be charged for each and every occurrence of extra help including the reuploading of of IDs and passwords, or when Sheffield personnel successfully log in online verifying that your ID/PW actually works, etc..Charges will likely range from $10 - $20 for each instance requiring the emailing of the "How to login" instructions to you, payable in cash and to be mailed to sheffield School of Aeronautics. By printing your name submitting this form to Sheffield School of Aeronautics, you are agreeing to the aforementioned rules and policies, and fully understand the consequences if the rules and policies are compromised. I probably will not have time to email you a confirmation that all is uploaded and working, so just try it and if you still have problems after 1-2 days, email me. If you continually refuse to follow instructions, can't answer the questions truthfully, or jam the system by continually submitting forms without informing me of duplicate IDs, then you will not be permitted to access the site.
